It depends on the equipment and type of event. Some inflatables may be suitable for supervision by an approved responsible adult, while others require trained Monsterball operators.

Every inflatable has different dimensions and clearance requirements. You’ll need enough room for the equipment itself, safe access and the blower.

Once you’re happy to go ahead, you’ll need to sign your hire agreement and pay a deposit to secure your booking.
Our advertised hire prices are excluding GST unless otherwise stated. GST will be added to your quote where applicable, so you can see the full cost before confirming your booking.
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your equipment and event date.
Once you’re happy with your quote, we’ll send through your hire agreement and payment details. Your deposit is due within 48 business hours of confirming your booking.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable, as outlined in our hire agreement.
The remaining balance is due 15 working days before your event.
We’ll provide all payment details when confirming your booking, so you know exactly what’s due and when.

We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, subject to equipment availability and your hire agreement. Additional charges may apply depending on the changes requested.
Depending on your event, additional charges may apply for delivery, operators, generator hire, special anchoring requirements or extended hire periods.

Once everything is sorted, you’re all set for the big day. We’ll take care of the setup and bring the fun!

Otherwise, we can recommend some of our dry inflatables that are just as much fun without the water!

Our team follows established safety procedures for delivery, setup, anchoring and operation. We can also provide relevant insurance and safety documentation for schools, councils and event organisers upon request.
Trained Monsterball operators are available for events, and some equipment requires an operator as part of the hire.
Other inflatables may be suitable for self-supervision by a responsible adult, provided the relevant safety instructions are followed.
We’ll let you know whether operators are required or optional for your chosen equipment, along with any additional staffing costs.
